"The Panini Foundation is a non-profit organization that seeks to promote the continuous growth and development of tech employees. To better communicate its values, mission, and vision to its target audience, the foundation requires a comprehensive and cohesive brand identity that aligns with its core philosophy. The current lack of a distinct and meaningful brand image limits the foundation's ability to achieve its goals effectively."

My Role
As the lead designer, my responsibilities encompassed conceptualizing and crafting a fresh brand identity for the Paanini Foundation. This involved the creation of a new logo, the selection of colour palettes, typography, and iconography, and the development of a comprehensive brand tone and corporate identity, all documented in a detailed brand book.

Issues
Inadequate Visual Representation: The existing brand lacks a compelling visual identity, including a distinctive logo and cohesive design elements. This deficiency hinders the foundation's ability to create a lasting impression and distinguish itself in a competitive landscape.
Mismatched Brand Elements: The absence of a unified colour palette, typography, and iconography results in inconsistency across various communication channels. This lack of cohesion diminishes the overall impact of the brand and dilutes its message.
Undefined Brand Tone: The absence of a defined brand tone and corporate identity guidelines leads to inconsistent communication. This inconsistency may confuse the audience and dilute the foundation's unique voice and values.
Limited Storytelling Capability: The current brand fails to effectively tell the story of the Paanini Foundation and its commitment to daily evolution. A lack of meaningful symbolism in the logo and design elements restricts the foundation's ability to connect emotionally with its audience.
