Objective
The primary goal of the Freshworks recruitment campaign was to showcase the vibrant work culture and unique experiences offered by Freshworks, attracting top talents in the industry.​​​​​​​
Conceptualization
Working closely with my copy partner, we engaged in an extensive brainstorming session to develop a concept that would resonate with the target audience. After careful consideration, we coined the concept "Find Your Freedom." This idea aimed to convey the sense of liberation and fulfilment that employees could experience at Freshworks.
Execution
As the designer for the project, my focus was on creating a visually appealing static campaign that aligned with Freshworks' brand identity. I opted for a simple yet fresh design, incorporating the brand's vibrant colours to evoke a sense of energy and positivity. The visuals aimed to capture the essence of a dynamic and empowering workplace.​​​​​​​
Multimedia Pitch
Recognizing the power of multimedia in conveying the concept effectively, I took the initiative to edit a compelling video. This video served as a persuasive tool during the client pitch, offering a dynamic presentation of the "Find Your Freedom" campaign. The combination of static visuals and the video presentation aimed to provide a comprehensive and engaging overview of the proposed branding strategy.

Results
The Freshworks Recruitment Campaign received positive feedback from the client, who appreciated the innovative approach to showcasing the company culture. The campaign successfully attracted attention from potential candidates, contributing to a more vibrant and competitive recruitment process.
